Pizza makes me feel icky....

....did I really just say that? I had some pizza for dinner and had some weird feelings during and after. It was like I was really full yet really hungry still. I just felt off. I guess there is something to your body knowing what is good for you!

Here is what I ate today:

Morning:
One Pear
One slice high fiber toast
One cup 1% milk

Morning Snack:
10 Almonds

Midday:
One Activia Low Fat Yogurt
One cup carrots
One cup whole grain pasta
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded chicken

Afternoon snack:
1/3 cup craisins

Dinner:
One large apple
2 slices Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Meatlover's

Evening snack:
100 calorie Hostess Cupcake Pack
