Shin Splints are from Hell.

Just thought you should know. Any suggestions on how to make them go away so I can be running again? It has made me so sad to not be able to run while there is amazingly beautiful and warm weather here in Vegas.

  1. Alice, fill dixie cups with water and freeze them. Then push and rub the ice on your leg untill the ice all melts. Also, drink more water and stretch your calfs more. This has helped me.

  2. Also, to stay in shape without the pain try integrating using the eliptical machine so that you can simulate running without the impact.
